Shelley Meador
President
Shelley has over 15 years of experience in the Window Film Industry. In 2008 she became a Partner at Solar Vision, and brought her background in sales and business development. Shelley focuses on the big picture at Solar Vision Inc. by ensuring goals, quality, and core values are being met on daily basis.
Heath Meador
Vice President
Heath’s been applying window film for 25 years! He started as a Window Film Installer in 1998, before starting Solar Vision Inc. in 2004. Heath focuses on estimating, large commercial business, and managing partnerships with Solar Vision Inc.’s top clients. You can also find him out in the field working side by side with our install crew.
Lucinda Costello
General manager
Lucinda joined the Solar Vision team in 2014. She's pretty much the nucleus of our operation, ensuring that materials, contracts, and schedules are in place for successful project completion. On top of that she’s also our Team Leader and works closely with our Supervisors to ensure all Team Members are set up for success.
Cecil Rincones

With over 19 years of experience, there isn’t much Cecil hasn’t seen or done when it comes to window film. Cecil is responsible for supporting our Install team out in the field, and seeing through large and small projects.
Yvette Frend
Estimator
Yvette joined Solar Vision Inc. in 2014. Prior to working with us she was a Civil Engineer in the UK, managing large commercial and government projects. At Solar Vision Yvette works directly with General Contractors, and Glaziers on pricing for their projects via construction plans.
Ben Draughon
Field Supervisor
Ben has over 20 years experience installing all different types of windows films. You’ll find him out in the field overseeing large commercial projects. As an experienced film installer, he is also responsible for on the job training and teaching our newer installers to be as skilled and efficient as he is.
Julie Draughon
SAles Coordinator
Julie joined the Solar Vision Inc. team in 2018 to assist with our increasing sales by educating customers on product information and providing virtual quotes. Julie brings over 17 years of Customer Service experience to our team.
Crystal Mentor
Operations
Crystal assist our GM in day to day operations at Solar Vision Inc. from coordinating inventory, to ensuring the Install Team has all the appropriate information for their projects. You can also find her out in the field conducting site visits, and working alongside Heath and Yvette on estimates. She’s pretty much everyone at Solar Vision’s Right Hand Woman.
